Copper fox owns approximately 2% of the Liard shares in two separate purchases.

FWIW the percentage of Liard that Copper Fox owns directly is closer to 1.5%.

SC JV owns........ 85.50%
Copper Fox.......... 1.55
Xstrata............... 10.72

Accounted for .... 97.77%

Leaving ownership of 2.23% of Liard shares unidentified.

There's probably a good chance Xstrata is also mulling over an offer.
