I'm not so sure a change in leadership would make a lot of difference right now. You could have the best sled dogs and they would still get bogged down in a blizzard. If we could just muster a couple consecutive quarters of strong growth in the energy sector where we need it the most, there is a good chance we could get out of this pickle we're in.
