I'd essentially break even, then have to wait on Teck's recovery, which could be months, could be years.

So this entire venture would then ultimately prove profitable but unless we realize multiples from Teck, it might not prove to be a great investment divided over the several years I was stuck in it.

Timing, as they say, is everything.
