f.The results of geotechnical, comminution and electrical optimization

studies are similar to those presented in the feasibility study
    completed in 2012
What about optimization of the waste rock, forex, capex? All have significantly changed.
Construction equipment is significantly cheaper,
Labour is more available,
Construction material is cheaper,
Fuel is cheaper,
If my team ever lacked this direction on what needs to be done to complete a project, they would all be fired.

On a positive, the optimization studies will be complete by Jan 1, 2016 with the PEA for VD targeted Nov. 30.

PEA results out within 3 weeks, yes, but read the NR carefully, I don't think Elmer is
saying that the Optimization Study will be completed by end of year. He is saying
that those aspects of the optimizations currently being studied will be completed by
year end.

Nice to see certain elements of the 2012 FS validated by the similar results achieved
in Teck's optimization. Does this somehow validate or at least support that
130Ktpd mine is more optimal than the contemplated smaller one? Maybe.

Also nice to see the increase in the block model. This might be the answer to your
question regarding a missing update on waste rock upgrade. Is anyone up to the task
of estimating how much mineralized rock or resources 11,800 meters of drilling would add?

So I think we have heard the last word on the Lacasse zone. Geez I wonder who's
idea it was to drill there. Why the heck don't they drill the North and especially
South zones they keep hinting about, those big purple blobs on the mag map
that make the current SC deposit look puny.
