whats the chances that if schaft creek gets sold that management just gives CUU shareholders another dividend and keeps the majority of the money from the sale of schaft creek for themselves to continue operating the business ?

Then that cash would be priced in the SP and you'd be able to sell your shares for pretty much same amount of money as having the money from the sale issued as dividend.
