Teck debt rating now Junk

Moody's has downgraded Teck's stock to junk status, and expects things to remain bad until 2017. They are calculating their worth based on a $2.35/lb cu price amongst other things. It seems to me mostly on the back of the Fort Hills commitment.

Maybe we will get Teck shares after all, now that they are junk rated. Or maybe we'll have to wait until 2017 when the world is forecast to be a better place. It's not the best news.
