VD water rights

IMO, people worry too much about water rights at VD. CUU doesn't need it because we do not plan to mine there anyway. There are I think 4 major miners in the area that have water rights already secured/grandfathered.

If we are going to sell VD, it'll be to one of those four and water rights is not an issue for them. It does not make sense for another miner with no activity / operations / mill in the area to buy VD and start from scratch establishing a mining operation there.

Basically, whoever will bid for us already has water rights secured and those that do not will not bother with VD unless they partner with a local miner to have a JV at VD in which case water rights is a non-issue again.

IMO, water rights at VD and CUU dillution are non-issues at the moment and both get too much coverage on this board.
