What does everyone think if Teck had almost had the permitting done, Then the tailings dam burst?

Even tho I think it was terrible that it happened.

It might have been good that it happened when it did. Teck just follows the rules of the province. Either way all miners must go by the regulations.

Now that the province has been changing the reg's a bit. Teck can now easily change everything to conform to the reg's

I think this will save money big time!!!!
