I think you must be right. 10-15% profit share is extremely high.

But what was he talking about that was maybe misinterpreted? Tahltans, 10-15% and sharing?

Could it be the province sharing their revenue from the project with them?

I would sure like it clarified....

It was stated as 10-15% revenue, not profit. There is a massive difference there.
