I am not saying the cons are fact, but another possible side to the story...

Hoghead, the only problem is that posters bring arguments to their ideas or suppositions and then you come along and say "what if the opposite happens?" whitout bringing any backup info.

I have issue when people state their opinion as fact or dismiss the other side of the story

The funny thing is you only question the positive posts/statements here. Why not post your "what if the opposite happens" to a negative post once in a while, and pretend to treat both sides equally? Just to make sure the poster with a negative view doesn't "dismiss the other side to the story" as you often like to say.
