I don't want to speak on his behalf, but my understanding was he was talking as we didnt drop really fast from 35cents to 5 cents and seem to be walking down slowly in half cent increments which in turn should allow someone who was accumulating on the way down to accumulate more shares than if it dropped really fast as some people by the time they notice wouldn't feel it worth selling anymore.

Linsickel, that was exactly my point. A lot more people would be wlling to sell if dropping from 35 cents to 5 cents over several months than over several days. It is all about the effect of Chinese water drop torture on the mind of investors (figure of speech, I have nothing against th chinese).
