boy I might be dumb but to me if loading costs are .95 and hauling cost are3.60for a total of 4.55 and that includes 53 %for fuel costs so for arquments sake lets take a 15% saving which would give rounded to 8%on hauling costs which in turn equals a cost of 4.19 rounded witch is significent I think .
