Hard to say. the financing clause of the JV is difficult to value. Remember CUU doesn't have to sell SC. I think it make business sense for Teck to buy out our share if they plan on bringing SC into production.

Like Prospekt said, they don't want to do 100% of the work, 100% of the financing, and in the end only receive 75% of the profits.
