In our case, we can't use simple math becuase we have a 10 year lag before we receive ANY payments. Plus it will only continue for 15 years.

However, one would think that given 25 years the company would find some other revenue producing activities. So perhaps the $6.32 (based on the yield) in 10 years isn't so far off.
