From the financial statements:

Liquidity and Capital Resources

At July 31, 2014, the Company had working capital of $7,443,990 and a deficit of $17,689,100

Does anyone know what the 17 million deficit is? Sorry if it was discussed at an earlier time - I don't remember what it is if it was.
