What he is saying is that they might not be allowed to release the optimization studies under the discloure requirements of the TSX. He's not saying it is a choice or a whim.

The TSX has disclosure regulations that state that scientific and technical disclosure of mineral resources have to adhere to the standards of 43-101. An optimization study might not be rigorous enough.

He said "these observations" meaning the results of the optimization studies could only be the opinion of Teck not a re-working of the FS and therefore could not be released as an improvement on the reserves, etc.

I agree with you, Chunky, that attacking management on this is not the answer. We just have to wait for the documents that can be released to get done, like the Hydro study or the EA application. That is possibly the only way we're going to find out the results of these optimization studies and engineering studies.
