Elmer put out the question to the after session crowd at Smithers " would it be so bad if we didn't get bought out and just collected dividends".

He was talking about "what if" at the time. Not something he was promoting.

What would the share price climb to if investment funds knew they could collect $0.27 per share for 20 years?

Perhaps Arizona will give us some financial relief in the mean time.
