I believe teck has enough info to be confident in shaft creek and will want to own tho sooner than later and if first right is exercized they will make an attempt before markets improve and it gets more costly. Be better to pay asking price now than a lot more later. Venture exchange up over 10 percent from lows A postitive sign for venture exchange companies.
