Sometimes it's obvious, sometimes it's a judgement call. Hub leaders might disagree in each instance and it's a matter of luck on which HL gets to process the violation call first. It *is* an imperfect system and it would be good if HLs could simply "move" posts to the OT along with public notification, but I think that would be too complicated for agora.

In this instance, I agree with golf in that I think your post properly belonged on the OT forum but I also acknowledge that Elmer's involvement with BXX might interest some CUU shareholders. I think that's why golf is leaving your repost where it is, and why I am too. Without making reference to this particular thread, I wonder why people get so hung up about the moderation here; imperfect as the system is, would anyone prefer the alternative? It's there for those who do.
