IMHO they scrapped the Salazar Agreement because it didn't make sense to force Teck to spend $320 Million into further exploration. Heck they didn't even want to complete a 1/3 of a 10K meter drill program. Guys, 3K meters is next to nothing! I don't buy Elmer's severe weather BS, not one iota.
