If Ernesto did pick them up I could see how some poeple would cry foul: "Ernesto must know something material! How comes he gets to grab those shares without a public announcement from the company specifying with details why CUU is so undervalued."

We'll that's what I would say anyway, lol. Ernesto would have some public explaining to do if he exercised those warrants. He probably can't do that because he is probably under a trading black out. jmho
