So, IMHO, the market will NOT drive up CUU shares unless there is something absolutely remarkable happening in Arizona. Someone please talk me off this cliff.

LOL, I doubt this is going to help but I would not advise anyone to hang their hopes on Arizona for the market to drive the SP higher. The market is not listening to anything, not a thing in this environment. Even good news is ignored, at best. Plus tax loss selling is making this market weakness even worse.

The buy out is what I am waiting for. Could be years, or it could be months. If you can wait I think most of us will come out jut fine. And the longer it takes the more value gets exposed. So the value is growing while we wait. That being said, it has been years of waiting already so here's to hoping that Santa Elmer has already been busy shopping for bids.
