I think they hold the blackout for a 24 hour period after a NR, or something like that.

Besides, maybe they are blacked out for other reasons that are developing. Unless they slip and mention something we just don't ever know if they are in a trading black out or not.

Just seems odd that after all that insider buying for years at share prices that were multiples higher than today's SP, that we wouldn't see insider buying at these levels, especially since Ernesto recently received over $6 million in dividend cash. Why is he not loading up some more? IMO it must be a black out.
