I wonder why the insiders are not buying at these prices? At least, I haven't seen anyone post this recently. Does this potentially mean that they are not able to purchase more? Or have they simple allocated as much as they want - similar to most of us.

I considered it very bullish that the insiders did recently excerise their options to buy more shares at $0.45/share and we are able to to purchase shares for 25% less than that.
