maybe & maybe not.....only time will tell. i like to think we will win in the end. we'd better, or i'm wiring & drywalling the garden shed!

only thing for sure right now is:

if you sell you r likely taking a bath! its not a loss until then.

being a contrarian....if it goes much lower i will have to buy some more!
