Teck Clock

The black out period for Copper Fox last very long (6 Months) to make a JV with Teck. In my eyes to long only to make a JV out of it.....

My feeling is that Teck make an offer to EE behind closed doors. As it seems it was to low for EE to make a deal with Teck. Now Teck let the clock ticking and this clock goes very slow. I don't think that Teck is highly interested in bringing more value to SC, why? To make it more attractive and even more expensive? Maybe they wait for EE to make a Step in Tecks direction?

Hope this come to a good end shortly or may we say "soon" ;-).
