Dogger, you have been encouraged here to speak with Elmer yourself and I am sure you have. So why would Elmer sell any shares if he believes in the project and its eventual outcome? He can't tell you everything he knows because he has material information he can't share at this time. He has mentioned this to callers before.

If you did.....you are implying that he is in a black out period...(at least thats what I am getting out of it).
