I guess Elmer's plan is to conclude a deal with Teck so we would not have to wait for an updated mine plan to formally quantify the changes?

Will it be possible to update the mine plan and get an engineer to sign off quite quickly? Would it make sense for Teck to do that work in a hurry? Without the mine plan and engineer thingy Elmer says that we cannot move the waste into an ore category. Without this, how do we establish the value for Teck, and more importantly, how do we shop it around if Teck says we are asking too much? Does Teck pay for this work to be done?

Perhaps Elmer is expecting Teck to do the work on their own private FS data, and come to him with a fair offer. I could see this happening but it seems to leave us out in the cold if Teck has other projects to promote.
