simc1, total Schaft Creek Capex is $2.8 B. With 15% for contingencies its $3.2 B.

Copper Fox's 25% share of capex therefore is only $700 Million (plus possibly $100 M for 15% contingincies).

What matters though is not just what you pay, its what you get, and that's what NPV is about.

As ES and EE will tell you, they will sell Schaft Creek for what it is truly worth (NPV and exploration potential). And we all know that the old handicapped BFS does not come close to properly representing the potentially massive NPV under the contemplated mine size and mine life improvements, much less representing the extraordinary exploration potenital.
