Thinking out loud, if no take out, drilling is annouced, can Teck withhold the drilling results, while still negotiating with EE and ES ? Can Teck stall and stall while holding back the good results. Thinking if Teck says here you go and CUU says, you kidding me, I'm going to talk to Xstrata, Glencose, BHP ????
