You have to be able to have somebody to buy you out and if they’re buying you out then they’re going to turn around and try and find a partner.

Is this Mike saying that if Teck is going to buy us out, that Teck will be trying to find a partner?

Teck’s biggest copper mine is Antamina and they have Xstrata Mining as a partner. People of that ilk typically bring in other partners and they like them to be industry partners.

Here he seems to be saying that people like Teck prefer industry partners. It seems like he's saying that Teck is now shopping the project. This would make the most sense.

It's interesting that he mentioned Xstrata as an example, but didn't mention that they have a stake in it already.
