What I find is that this "disturbing" scenario we are at is what will Teck do?

So I see this way...

1. Teck will put this project on the back burner. Wait till prices improve. Wait for EA. And take their sweet ass time.

2. Teck will focus on SC. They will get SC into production ASAP. They believe in 5-6 years when the first shipment comes, prices are very profitable.

IMO, I believe they will not put SC on the back burner. They are in majority control of this project. The cash flow this project brings to Teck's financials will be pretty significant. I don't think Teck wants to take their sweet ass time to develop this project in their own backyard.
