"With Teck having 75% now I need to understand....who drills ....CUU or Teck?"

Technically it is the JV who will do the drilling - a JV with Teck having 75% vote and CUU 25%. But it is a joint decision making process, although in practice, it would be Teck calling the shots. Results of the drilling will be available to the JV - both JV parties at the same time without one having to ask the other.

The data from the JV will be available to CUU and CUU should be able to make NR's without Teck's approval, unlike before when CUU's NR on SC has to be approved by Teck pursuant to the 2002 agreement. JMO
