Question to all; if we receive an unsolicited offer, would that offer have to be disclosed and filed publicly? I've seen numerous instances where an offer is made and the directors recommend / shareholders vote to determine whether the offer can be accepted.

Of course with all the insiders holding the lion's share of the float, any vote by the remaining public is moot.

I only ask this because I'm wondering if an offer can/will boost our share price and create a new floor, even if it is rejected. Is it possible for Teck to make an informal offer to CUU insiders and not have it disclosed?
