1. what was the agreed cost of the financing. Ex. 10% interest? 15%?

2. how many drill holes are planned?

3. where will the $24 million be spent? Kill off the debit and spend another $4 mill in Arizona?

4. with EA being handed over to Teck will we still see it in Q3 or 4?
