As per the news release they are sharing the Schaft Creek project not selling or buying shares in their respective companies.

But then who knows now, Teck could be gobling up CUU shares today for all we know. But Teck has never divulged whether they hold any CUU. They could have bought on the market up to 9.99% of outstanding shares and not have to say so.
