I am positive as this is another step in a forward moving direction. This JV is part of the original agreement and was needed for Teck to retain the lands. If Elmer is still correct in the position that they want to liquidate their portion then having this agreement helps as another major can now step in knowing the parameters. Questions now are how much is our 25% worth and what will they be worth after the 2013 drill program.
