CF doesn't have to distribute the funds to the shareholders

Although technically correct, Elmer publically said there would be a tax efficient distribution following a sale. If our 24% interest in the optioned lands are sold for only $900 million say, what the hell is Copper Fox going to do with $900 million in cash sitting idle on the books? Sorry but in imo any kind of sale would net us a distribution. Until the distribution of sale proceeeds gets into our accounts the market should value CUU in the $2 range.
