Us retailers are a small portion of the outstanding shares, we need to attract bigger fish such as investment firms or really well off people. The only way these types will put big money in is by waiting to de-risk their investment even if it means making less profit buying before any good news gets released. The more money you have the more careful you have to be with especially in any junior play.
