"In a contract of this magnitude it would have to be in writing but it could be done by a letter or memorandum of agreement. My point was that if there was a consensus to extend the deadline it could be accomplished without a lot of effort."

The only trouble I have with that scenario is that it is a significant event to alter the terms of the agreement in writing, and Management should realize it can impact investor's decision and it should be announced publicly in a NR. I guess we should find out more as we get closer to June 4. JMO
