It's simple. Not really. The stock can't go below 40 cents because of the real investors who hold shares. Never heard of that rule. So you can buy on the way down knowing it can't be forced lower. Knowing? Really? That would require EE et al to sell. And they can. But others selling can send the SP anywhere if no one is buying. They are not going to sell. Perhaps. Below 50 cents I'm going to start buying. Good luck! If it goes to .40 I'll mortgage another property. I'll be divorced if that happens of course so I won't need a joint signature, lol.
