It has occured to me that in negotiating for a maximum buy out price Elmer pretty much has to bluff that he is interested in holding on to this cash cow and going mining on Teck's coattails. You don't get maximum value by showing desperation to get out of Dodge...

We either get a buy out deal at the 11th hour of the 120 days, or, because our asking price is too high and we get a 75% back-in and JV for starters, and then during/after a big drilling programme over the summer/fall we sell our SC JV interest and surrounding lands to the highest bidder.

I sure wish we minority shareholders could be tossed a bone. Maybe a little peak at some Mira or Titan findings or pretty maps. Something!
