100% agree. The art of negotiation. You MUST stand firm. Pay us what we want or we WILL go mining with you on your dime.

Going mining is of course not their goal but you can't look desperate to give it away. NG is taking the same approach with Teck on Galore, stating recently that if they don't get a fair price they will continue to develop.
