If Teck backs in, we get the Liard...not like we won't.

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't we get the Liard regardless of whether they back in or not? I was under the impression that the positive Bankable FS was all we had to do to earn the Liard - Teck has to back in or buy out to earn them back?
