I don't think there's any harm done, but it would be moot if we are indeed aiming for a full buyout and it would be something Teck could ask CUU to do (for tax purposes) and CUU could easily accomodate assuming they aren't losing anything (which really they're not) if they do indeed get bought out.

Though another poster did mention announcing that we have officialy earned them and they would be transfered "soon" as a possibility to try to boost our SP before any potential offer. Would help in terms of optics of premiums and general shareholder sentiment though it's not clear that this is a priority for either party.
