I you might want to read that last part again. Teck is saying that if CCY doesn't go for the 181 extension/deal then by April 2 Teck IS confirming a back in for the extra 20%.

I wonder if Teck might play that card with us should there be a negotiated buyout price impass, i.e. make an official offer late in the game but one contingent on our sourcnig out official competing bids and giving Teck FROR.

One could argue we would have time to find competing bids but imo Elmer should have been courting other bidders already. Hard to say how much further out this woud push out our liquidity event. Hopefully Elmer truly does have a Plan B with a line-up of watching suitors waiting to bid.
