Whatever wiggle room there may have been was used up with the first unauthorized dodge

There is no requirement anywhere for a SEDAR filing to preceed delivery to Teck

That was simply dodge number #1, and allowed the 45 day SEDAR requirement to be used as the reason for that delay

We are now in number 2, our self identified 30 days after dodge #1

I have no doubt they will have some other excuse next week
