With the very large capex they had to have sufficient upside to make it really worth while. They needed to be in there long enough to capitalize on the equipment. Now they can wear out the mill. As for 7%. That's a bit early. They should not advertise it as so much less risk considering the paid eco people from the usa. That could be a protracted fight for 5 years. They will eventually win but it will cost them time.
