It may be better for Teck to do the ER as they may change the mine plan, they have staff already in communication with the Province, Teck understands working with the FN (the FN know Teck has deeper pockets than CUU). Teck has the "jobs" clout with the province where CUU is just a junior trying to sell something. As long as the "no fish" and acid leaching issues are off the table.

I wonder what range the numbers being batted around are 1.50-2 or over 5. The share price is drifting.
