EA Expenses

Are they part of the eligible expenses? If they are, then we get upto 4x our money back and it's not "real dilution" as it automatically creates shareholder value. If it's not, then not only are we dilluting - we're dilluting at shitty prices. I understand EE can't just always be a nice guy - I don't expect a no interest loan (though that would have been awesome) but at 79 cents? Blegh.

Also points to us unfortunately not finishing any time soon....Sigh.
